Service terms.

1. The service
Tovahub provides a marketplace for on-demand virtual private servers. A customer can sign in, choose a server plan and operating system, fund an account with supported digital assets, and request server provisioning through the configured infrastructure provider.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the wallet address or social account used to access your account and for activity carried out through that account. Wallet sign-in requires a message signature. Google and X sign-in use the provider's OAuth flow. A successful sign-in does not transfer ownership of a wallet or of a social account.
Keep your account access and server credentials secure. Do not share credentials, session access, or a server with someone who is not authorized to use it.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service or a provisioned server for attacks, scanning, DDoS, malware, phishing, spam, fraud, abuse of third parties, copyright or trademark infringement, or unlawful activity.
You must follow the rules of the infrastructure provider, applicable network rules, and applicable law. You are responsible for content, software, traffic, and activity sent from a server assigned to your account.
4. Provisioning and server operations
Plans, regions, resources, operating systems, prices, availability, and provisioning times may depend on the provider. A request may remain pending while the provider processes it. The service reconciles provider results before retrying an uncertain request to reduce duplicate servers or duplicate charges.
Power actions, operating-system reinstallations, password resets, network repairs, renewals, and termination are provider operations. Their result can depend on provider availability and may not be immediate.
5. Payments and digital assets
The service may support USDC and xVPS according to the configuration shown at checkout. Blockchain transfers require the correct network, token, amount, and destination. Confirmed transfers and account balance changes are recorded in the service ledger. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and a pending or failed transaction is not treated as a confirmed balance.
Prices, plan terms, and renewal amounts are shown before an order is submitted. Auto-renew is optional and is off by default. When enabled, the service may use an available USDC balance during the configured renewal window. A provider failure is reconciled before a refund or reversal is recorded.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, order, or server when required by the provider, an abuse report, a security concern, non-payment, a violation of these terms, or applicable law. A server may also be terminated when the provider confirms that it is no longer available.
We may preserve operational, payment, security, and abuse records needed to investigate an incident, reconcile an order, protect the service, or comply with a legal obligation.
7. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on third-party infrastructure, identity providers, blockchain networks, RPC services, and payment confirmations. We do not control their availability, fees, policies, latency, or changes. Servury's service agreement and any mandatory provider or network restriction continue to apply and are not replaced by these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, provider, payment support, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
9. Contact and abuse handling
Abuse handling follows the infrastructure provider's required process. We may cooperate with provider requests and legally valid requests concerning security, abuse, or unlawful activity.
